NOP38 project in Herzliya for a three-story building on pillars with a single entrance. The building is situated in a pastoral neighborhood with mainly low-rise construction, extensive open spaces, and very low density. The residents will enjoy the addition of two sun balconies for each apartment, apartment protected spaces, and the reinforcement of the building.

The use of glass exploits the open environment around the building and combines with the external coating and the balconies to create a sense of movement in the building’s overall shape, producing an elegant and light finished result.

A three-story building in Herzliya with two entrances on pillars, with fill-in construction. The building will be reinforced as part of the NOP38 project, and each apartment will enjoy a sun balcony, apartment protected space, and extension. The stairwell will be redesigned to include an elevator.

The penthouse apartments are arranged along the front and rear of the building, all facing in the same direction and creating a solid block along the length of the entire building. This block standards parallel to the curving building wall. The changing textures create contrast and give the building a pleasant and well-designed appearance.

A NOP38 project for a three-story building over a full story of pillars. The building is located in a diverse and green neighborhood in the center of Herzliya. Since the building is situated at an intersection, we emphasized its corner character by placing reinforcement beams against earthquakes on both fronts. The space between the two beams was used to form the sun balconies, producing a building with a narrow, unique, and distinctive appearance.

The front balconies and rounded apartment protected spaces extend a circular line confined to the balcony beams. The inverted curve of the roof beam enhances the emphatic three-dimensional appearance of the building. This architectural depth gives the building an unusual and impressive charm.
